Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Retroelo does not currently except returns on earrings, artwork or any other items for sale by Retroelo due to hygienic issues and safety for all. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Retroelo does not accept exchanges.
